| Here is a joke - this anime. One trick for all full-length 13 episodes, it's just ridiculous. Such humor format is good for let's say 24 episodes 3 minutes each one. It's like watching some low-effort second-tier specials for the actual anime, but here we havn't one. |

| it is monday morning. nothing else good is on right now. so. i tried ep1 of Sakamoto. i want that wasted time back. i barely chuckled twice. then, even more time wasted trying episode 2. didn't. laugh. any. not even a smirk or a snicker. dropped. IMHO this show is a waste of time. if you want to laugh, watch The Vampire Dies in No Time instead. i'm not even going to try ep3 of Sakamoto to complete 'the rule'. |

| The initial playground scene was way too dragged out. I liked how the guys started complimenting each other lol. The opening is hella catchy. I didn't know the Mr Incredible meme sound was from this anime lmao. So Sakamoto's basically a perfect dude who's...well, perfect at pretty much anything. He just can't be caught lacking. Bruh he's gonna make Sakamoto's mugshot, his phone's wallpaper 😂😂 The bee sword fight was hilarious. Since Sakamoto has already wooed all the ladies, looks like now he needs to woo all the guys in his class lol ED was really peaceful and nice. |

| My first anime of 2024, I wasn’t sure what to go with but I came across this show recently and it sounded like a good time so I ended up going with it, and damn was it a good time lol. Quite the hilarious first episode, it didn’t really waste any time getting into it and we were immediately witnessing Sakamoto effortlessly win over people that want to wrong him in the wildest ways. In this first episode alone there were some truly great moments like the fire ritual and the scene where he saved a bird in a storm lol, and of course I can’t forget to mention the wasp/bee sword fight, this is gold right here. OST is also really nice, it fits so well and I’m glad to see people from 2016 having the same thoughts. That OP really bangs too, and we got a nice chill ED to go with it which is a favorite combo of mine, love starting the year with some great jams. And it’s nice to be checking out a show from 2016 as well, this was during a time I took a break from anime (unintentionally I might add lol) so I always love seeing what great shows I missed out on, this looks like it’ll be one of them, really looking forward to the rest of this. |
