| Based on your list I'd suggest: AnoHana Ano Natsu de Matteru Toradora! Clannad Clannad: After Story Angel Beats Ouran Koukou Host Club Maid-Sama Most of these are comedic or romantic. I'd highly suggest Clannad first. Maid-Sama isn't as weird as it sounds either. :P |

I've started watching it a few days ago and it just seemed like a really plain boring slice of life anime that a foreign viewer might not even relate to so much because in the rest of the world calligraphy isn't even a thing. I still watch it, got to episode 10 already, but for me it hardly deserves average and is nowhere near the "must definitely watch" anime category. |
