I don't lift weights because I'm weak and I don't want muscles. I tried one time when I was once 15, but everybody laughed at me and I decided that it wasn't for me.
However, I do work out every other day and eat healthy. I like running and walking a lot. I actually like them so much that I walk around 40 miles a week (unless it's mid winter, when you can't even walk 1cm)

I lift different weight depending on the muscles I'm working on. I do some physical activity every day.

No I don't. But I respect people that do. I find that sort of every day commitment respectable and admirable.

Yeah, I use the lightest weights at the store to do some of my exercises with.
I'm clearly a sack of muscles. Fight me.

I used to run almost every day, but now I'm restricted to lifting and such because I have an injury that prevents me from running.
So I lift... kind of. (I'm really weak)

way to prove your point. Have fun doing your reps and lifting while I have a phd and am making 6 figures annually.

PhD in what? I've already seen plenty of your posts since being on here, and you're not intelligent enough to get a PhD, or even get into a program for one. The fact you say working out is a waste of time is even more addition to the pile of retarded shit you have said. Stop trying to down people that are more active and successful in life than you. A great weight lifting routine only takes 2 hours per week, out of your 115 waking hours. Look up the benefits. You shouldn't need links, you imbecile.

You're going to grow up and become that fat, 60 year old, loser that dies from heart attack after hiring a prostitute and sniffing cocaine, while you're working your shitty job that doesn't even drug test.

Nah.

It's winter time and its dangerous here when it gets dark.

Also I don't like lifting weights. I'll use the mass of my body to achieve strength.

(On another note I've stopped eating large meals. I've gone the route of consuming less)

I go every day I can which is usually 3-4 times a week since I'm a busy guy, but I don't weight lift because I feel like I have to, usually when I lift, I do it to instill discipline within myself since I think lifting keeps me focused and in control of whatever comes my way.

That being said, I'm just naturally kinda light anyways so it's not like I gain too much muscle even when I lift constantly, not like I need to gain it so much either way, I just want something to do while there @_@

I also run/walk for about a mile every day I can too, that's the way to the gym and back.

You actually can gain a good amount of muscle. That's what I thought when I started a few years ago, and I gained muscle at the normal rate. You just have to eat more.

I actually did gain muscle from doing this lol

But I've been lifting for years and I don't really notice a change, not like I really want to body build though because I have too much shit going on to even care about that.

That being said I need to start eating 3 meals a day again. Starting this September I've been having 2 meals a day much more, I really shouldn't be tbh..

It's an inside joke towards the OP, we don't actually have an actual asian body building club.

It's just that, me and the OP workout on fridays with a huge group of our other friends and we occupy a squat rack for hours on end, for us to use.

don't lift but i do excercise, i took up running in the summer, cause i was gonna be on a soccer team, but their season ended before i could try out, so i got lazy, might pick it up in the future though.

Oh maybe, maybe it's the clothes we wear
The tasteless bracelets and the dye in our hair
Or maybe, maybe it's our nowhere towns or our nothing places
But we're trash, you and me
We're the litter on the breeze
We're the lovers on the streets
Just trash, me and you
It's in everything we do
It's in everything we do

I go on the occasional long walk with my friends but other than that the extent of my exercise regime involves sitting on my arse for most of the day. I'd like to be more active but since it's so cold I don't really want to go outside.
