Unfortunately, a War on Geminar season 2 is very very unlikely as Kenshi's story has already been expanded on... in the form of Doujinshi.

"Masaki Kajishima actually devoted more than one doujinshi to the marriage process in Geminar. They describe more of a "studding" process (which are common among Seikishi) in which a talented male pilot would marry one of them, then after a time, marry another, only being married to one at a time. This should produce talented children capable of piloting as well." cites the wiki and I can confirm there are a minimum of 12 doujins Kajishima has made about this(though the actual number is probably as high as 20 or more).

If we are going to get more Tenchi Muyo content then it will probably come in the form of adaptations of either Paradise War or the expanded GXP story since both are novels.

Don't get me wrong, I would love more Kenshi and Geminar as much as anyone else but unless Kajishima writes into his already convoluted storyline something about spacetime going sideways and Geminar's dimention fusing with earths(which could happen, I mean it wouldn't be the biggest shark for the series to jump. Tenchi's family tree is proof of that) more from Geminar isn't likely. For that we may have to wait until after Kajishima is done writing the GXP novels to find out(to which he paused the novels to work on Ryo-ohki season 5) before seeing anything else about Kenshi's isekai life.

I really really really want a second season of this anime! I have watched it 10 times but didn't got bored even once! Its been more than 10 years. I'm still waiting even tho it looks highly unlikely they will make a second season :(
