| Liked it a lot. It seems quite cute and fun show without all the usual LN harem type cliche, even the fanservice was presented in a lot better and straightforward way than "oops i saw your panties because the wind blew" or we fell into other while running. The show also seem to have quite a decent technical department, animation looked fluid and artwork is nice. The houses had amazing detail.  Damn that succubus and her outfit. The jaw comment was quite fun. She can milk me anytime.  Maria showing us her goods. Sleeping naked just fits a witch.  I like this witch already. My kind of girl. The Japs clearly fail to recognise that whores were treated much worse in these times than they are now. Is the outfit of the so called succubus in anyway related to the story, and with that i mean, do you, as the audience can relate her outfit ( which you claim to be fitting for a succubus) to a succubus of the folktales? No you cant.. since she does nothing a succubus is otherwise known for you have to be TOLD that she is a succubus otherwise you wouldnt know, so basically your argument to defend her outfit is pointless since it doesnt describe her as a character it still counts as fanservice. Pls inform yourself before accusing others to be uneducated, otherwise you will just look like a small minded hypocrite and a fool. |
| Hmm, well that was certainly an interesting start! A lot of their voices certainly sound familiar but I couldn't really place them (had to look them up lol) :P Interesting characters so far ... well, I like Artemis and Maria at least :P Maria sure blushes a lot eh? It was pretty funny of her to pretend to be an old witch for Anne XD GOTTA KEEP UP APPEARANCES! I'm interested in all these other witches and their succubus' too ... oh, and that witch with the curly hair! (I didn't think her seiyuu really matched though ... I guess I was expecting the typical "ojou-sama" voice :P) So they're contracted out to help different sides in the war? Hmm ... I mean, Maria certainly came in with a DRAGON! Which was pretty legit O_O Then some more teasing about Maria being all innocent ... hehe. Joseph is ... eh, idk, hasn't really done anything to get me to like him yet is all :P I think the ED song was OK, I guess no real feelings either way. Animation felt a bit odd/lazy at times, but wasn't too noticeable. Either way, hopefully this show keeps on going strong! Medieval fighting, seems like the Crusades ...? Well, English vs the French at least, but what else is new? XD |

| Interesting episode ^^ It kinda reminds me of Madan no ou to Vanadis, but more magic like. Heck i think Madan should have been done by Production IG. Lol Maria faking to be an old grandma. Seems she's interested to this Joseph guy. Hehe seems she really is just hitting puberty just like what Artemis said. Dragon was scary, but wiw how the hell did that pot not break at all :O Okay start, we get to see other witches on the sidelines. I have to wonder how the witches are roaming the land if they are branded as heretics? Interesting how a witch that wants wars to end. Then again she probably's doing it just because Maria doesn't like fighting in front of her. Doubt she would completely stop the war in the whole world. And yeah i'll side with witches. Fuck those catholic bastards. Can't wait for the next episode! |
| The animation is great but the story is boring and somehow silly, with lots of unneeded disgusting sexual references. I'm not hooked at all, I don't usually judge any anime by its first episode but that doesn't mean the first impression's unimportant. I don't know why this sh!t is rated R+ ? Kids nowadays watch worse than this @_@ I remember watching Elfen Lied when I was 14. Is that messed up ? It was really good. |

| How refreshing to see that animation style circa the old DBZ days in anime characters again. The tale, though a slight alternative to factual history PIQUEd my interest greatly. I love the war fight and the weapons, the armor...and when that archers shot was deflected and he was made to look like a porcupine of arrows...LOL Brutal but real deal. NOt super violent really, but I dig this show. OH and the lil jokes, slutty owl/succubus. NOICE! ^~^ |
| Pretty fine first episode, the animation was nice but I didn't really like the character designs. I think they were very average to be honest. Maria was the only one that looked fine. Oh well, definitely an interesting first episode |
