I don't pay for Funimation's streaming service because their player doesn't seem to work; I have to go to Hulu directly if I want to actually watch videos. I am willing to buy their DVDs and Blu-Rays, though.

As you all know, some group such as Funimation did such good deed, licensing anime.

In fact, they have so much free time and went through the trouble of editing each anime, putting on a censor to every single ecchi anime.

Waa why are they cutting out all the good scene. OnO
I want my money back. :ck
Funimation doesn't do that themselves, they just get the broadcast versions for their simulcasts instead of the DVD/BD version. Which is no surprise, since the DVD/BD versions don't even exist while the show is first airing! I guess there are some shows like Dragonar Academy where Funi's version has missing scenes, but that's still not Funi's work -- the fansubbers used the premium AT-X satellite broadcast version, while Funi got the regular broadcast version. DL the Tokyo-MX raws, and you'll see they're exactly the same as the Funi streams. If you actually buy the DVDs/BDs from Funi, they'll (almost) always be the uncensored version -- just the same way that Japanese viewers see censored broadcasts and (theoretically) have to buy the discs if they want the uncensored stuff.

tl;dr you're misblaming Funimation out of ignorance because it's the popular/trendy thing to do.

The translations are considered awful by most rippers since Crunchyroll's translators never puts TLN thus they don't do on-screen translations as well, they only do the voices AFAIK (U know when something is written on a paper or some shit).
CR's onscreen text translations are not as good or as extensive as some fansub groups', but saying they never translate any onscreen text is a flat-out lie. Go watch Monogatari 2nd season if you don't believe me.

I pay netflix too, so yea, IT COUNTS!
For me anyways it does!

You contribute 8$ for some of the anime in it (which are all from Funimation).
As if I'd pay for crunchyroll as well.

CR can suck on my limited Cleaning version of Levi's Brave act!
I ship things I want! Why? Because it's fun!
I post retarded shit at times, sorry-- my dumbness might infect you! Please be cautious of me!
I don't come with a security label!

My anime list hasn't been updated for a really long time, so it's not accurate!

I've only just recently started paying Funimation. It's honestly the only one that's actually worth paying for considering their huge catalog and their terrific dubs. And also to keep up with the most recently dubbed Fairy Tail too.

But I'm usually a pirate too.

If you live outside of Japan and the US then pirating is perfectly understandable. I have not used Funi nor will I put up with Hulu's ads. I sub CR and Netflix. If they dont have what I want then I pirate. I own Persona 3 movie #1, AoT part 1, and Clannad both seasons.
