Sorry! We've had a problem keeping you logged in.
Please clear your cookies, close your browser, and try again to log in. Thanks.
I get this message everytime I reboot my PC or after a long period of idling time. I cleared my cookies already. Can you help me fix this?

you can't. It happens to me too. Even if I log in from my mobile it's the same. I think there's a problem from MAL

Just tell her you were drunk, she's the only one that matters, fear monger with the fact she'll have to go back living with her mother, buy her some flowers and boom. You're back in.

Since a week or so I get it after a certain amount of time not browsing MAL actively without an IP change.
Say, I log in, push my Ep counters, close tab, come back 30mins later or so and I get the message.

This behaviour happens once in a while and in my case usually disappears again sometime later.

If you uncheck the keep me logged in function it might solve the problem, as strange as it sounds.
If that doesn't work please list your browser and OS here it might help out the admins with locating the problem so he/she can fix it.

Does your router have a dynamic IP? If yes, then do you perhaps know how stable it is?

I don't know. But I don't think it's that I tried from other computers too. It's the same - if I close the browser I'm getting disconnected.

Change ISP, or use proxy (make sure the proxy IP stays the same)

Ok, as some users mentioned before, when you were logged in on the computer and then log in on the phone, you get a new IP, compared to the one from the computer. That's why you get logged out.

As Serhiyko mentioned, if your router has/gives Dynamic IP, the same happens aswell, since your computer gets assigned to a new IP after some time. If that's the problem, you have to set up a Static IP.

Also, you said you tried on different computers, but got the same problem.
Are those computers at your home? Or better, connected to the same router as your ''main computer''? If yes, then you really have a Dynamic IP.

Well, yes, I meant, every time you try to access the site with different IP, you get logged out. But for some IP ranges more often, and no one really knows why

I am having this problem whenever I am viewing anyones list and when I was editing my list styles although that could have just been from me checking my list to make sure it works.

EDIT figured my problem out it was a Google chrome extension for MAL that was doing it.

Uncheck "Always stay logged in?" option
