Now that all of the evidence has been stated, it's either true or else they are purposefully planting the idea in our heads just to make the viewer more uneasy. I was actually thinking the dreams were a pretty poor direction choice until I read some of the comments here. It didn't feel like he died at all! (I now realize that that was the intended effect.) Given that I already thought he would die, I don't really see how he could be alive at this point. It's suggested much too strongly. I wasn't expecting that from this series. Props to those who caught the hints the first time through. |

| WTF YUUKI'S DEAD?! SO YUUKI WAS JUST A FIGMENT OF MIRAI'S IMAGINATION?! I never thought I'd say this while watching Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 of all things but...MINDFUCKING PLOTS! My mind has been mind raped...I literally can't even... ?/10 I don't even know what to rate this episode knowing that this whole episode was a lie. EDIT: I see it now. During the last scene, Yuuki is no longer there. Damn. So Yuuki's death seems to be having post-traumatic effects on Mirai from what I can understand. I'm excited to see what happens next! |

| Great episode. For a sec, I really thought they really killed Yuuki, it was very uneasy scene. Every step towards her home is harder and harder. I just realized that both Mirai and Yuuki gives Mari the power to go on, the same as she gives the same power to them. They need each other by now. |

| LOL Right now I could almost bet all my fingers that Yuuki died and Mirai's crazy. She's seeing things isn't she? And btw, if they don't explain in the next eps how dafuq Yuuki died, I'll be very angry. You simply do not get to kill the most liked character of the show out of nowhere without any logical reason, just for the sake of achieving some tearjerker scenes here & there... It's beyond artificial and I find it cheap as fuck. So bottomline: DON'T YOU EVEN DARE try to play me like that. I seriously hope not :) Good episode though. Slowpaced, but good... |

| I was relieved after Mirai woke up from the Yuki death dreams to him being okay but thinking about it made me freak out about the real possibility of the theory presented here. I broke down for a few seconds hoping it was just me overthinking. I watched the episode after that but I'm still not sure uguuu. It's nice seeing Mirai with a new and improved personality though~ |

| Comes here to complain about the double "it was all a dream" fake out. Read comments. Goes back to re-watch, oh yeah. Feels sad :-( On the re-watch I noticed the second time Mirai wakes up there are only two beds. Hers and an empty one with Yukis bag on that's clearly been slept in with the way the covers are shown, so you immediately think it's his bed. And it was really clever to have Mari receive some, seemingly, bad news of her own from the TV, so you think that's what she is sad about. I hope I haven't spoilt the full reveal for myself for when Mirai comes to her senses by coming here. |

| I really thought that Yuuki was dead, even if I think he's going to die in the next episodes. Mirai really changed, she's now more kind with her brother and in general, that's nice imo |

| I can't stand dream sequences that fake you out. Cliche and they waste time. I would rather that Mirai snapped and her brother is actually dead than not one but two dreams about him and him perfectly fine. Would be tragedy for the characters but in regards to storytelling dreams are awful. Did the same with Mari earlier as well. |
