| When i heard about incoming Railgun OVA at first i thought that it would be just some fanservice shit, while holding some slight hopes that they would surprised me with Liberal City arc or Shopping Mall arc instead. Well f*ck you J.C Staff, f*ck you. I would not be surprised if this OVA turns out to be their attempt to stall the Raildex series so they could adapt the Daihaseisai arc + another Nagai shitty filler arc |
