| Hello, I'm David I'm 23 and living in the great (sarcasm) state of Florida. A little background about me is that I started liking anime when I saw dragonball z as a kid. I used to obsess over episodes before the great times of the Internet. I remember one time getting a bootleg episode from a vendor at the local mall. It was poor quality and horrible subs but it was awesome. Nowadays, I'm just watching random animes that peek my interest and I also read the mangas of each show. My favorites are Fullmetal alchemist and Ghost in the Shell. Manga wise I love Mysterious girlfriend x and Mirai Nikki. Let me know of any animes or manga you recommend. Thanks |
| Heyy I go by Kreepie on the internet (no, really?), cause I'm a horribly paranoid person. XD I just turned 20 last Jan, and joined MAL the winter before, since a college friend introduced me to it. I can't say I like any specific genres (mostly because I've never cared enough to learn what each one really means), but the slice of life ones can be pretty cute. I go from extremes - watching things like Another, Umineko, and Shiki to funny stuff like the ever-so-popular Lucky Star and Ouran HSHC. (Yes, that is extreme to me.) Right now I have about 40 anime to watch, so I'm trying to work down the list. It feels kinda like a job, but it's fun. (^_^) Oh, and for the record, I've been around for a while, but I have been BOTH shy and lazy so, um, yeah. I'd say 'deal with it' but that doesn't seem very polite for a first form post. In order to 'deal with' me you have to have patience and be able to take sarcasm every 30 seconds, so {{fair warning}}. Not really sure how many people will read this, but I was here, I conversed (kinda), and to everyone here I hope you have a wonderful, pleasant, no-drama day. (^_^) |

| Hi everyone (^_^) The names Mika. I am 27 years old and from Louisiana. I remember my first anime growing up was "Sailor Moon" I used to love watching it; and then it became Pokemon. Ever since I have always loved watching anime when I can find the time. I tend to go for manga or manhwa now a days because it is something to do when you have spare time or on break from the job. I love all kinds of anime when I have the time for it. I will watch anything as long as it captures my interest. |

| Damn Talon. I was going to write paragraphs too, but oh well. Welcome to everyone! @rubyhope Ghost in the Shell is great, even to this day. Just watched it not too long ago, and it definitely influenced my standards and approach toward anime. As for DBZ, man those were the good old days. Sucks that I don't have a thing for these kind of shows anymore though. @Kreepie Good stuff on your list. Yeah, it does feel like a chore at times, but it beats regular chores any day! |

| Hey, my name is Kraig. I just turned twenty back in January, and I live in Northern California where I'm attending school, majoring in computer science. I became interested in anime during middle school when a close friend had me watch studio ghibli films with her, starting with spirited away. Soon after I would try to watch shows on adult swim, but my viewing was too sporadic with the shows airing very late. Because of that I wasn't able to complete anything during this period. That changed in late 2006 when I finally had a processor better than a Pentium 2, and had upgraded from dail-up to a basic DSL connection. After this point the addiction truly began :^D |

| Hello everyone My name is Nebojša and I'm from Serbia. I'm 20 y.o. and i'm studying on university of civil engineering. Since i can remember i was watching cartoons and and one day i run into DB(i was maybe 9y.o.) which was my first anime, i think, and i really liked it(I've maybe watched few series and movies b4 that but my amnesia is killing me ) :D . Quickly after that i started watching dubbed versions Yugi, Poke and Digi on national tv which were awesome at the time. Maybe 5 years ago, when i stopped playing some MMO's and was re-watching DB and DBZ for the tenth time, i started watching Bleach, Naruto and OP online in my free time. I become avid anime watcher maybe year ago and ever since then i watched over 200 different anime and the list is getting bigger. I'm quite quiet,cheerful and peaceful person, but i have my moments when i can be really loud, can be proud and stubborn, and because its very hard to make me angry I've always got smile on my face and if i got company i always make funny,silly, black humor or even once a month japan-style ones from which everyone rofl's 10 mins or so. Ever since somethings happen 2 years ago i've become quite a sloth.On first look i look like airhead (which i am), and i was always chillin' and never studying. So people and teachers were always underestimated me, but i always had above average grades. And when they, who envy others, ask me how did i do it i just answer: " I'm not smart, i'm just intelligent" (which is probably true because my head is quite empty ) - and then i laugh and they get furious :D So that were my anime history and little bit of the personality parts and if you wanna know more, just ask ( I rarely ask something first because i'm tough nut to crack so ganbattene ) .
