There are many choices, and they are all ported in "Microsoft Windows". No emulation is needed.

"Muv Luv Alternative" might be the best.

Bro, you really need to upgrade your computer.

Well, need is a strong word. Most VNs can run on computers built with those specs (probably with some small difficulty), so you should look into that.
