Can you guys help me? I want to find some good anime but I run out of ideas. I'm looking for an anime where the main character falls in love with a shy/sick girl. I don't mind harem and I prefer it to be a school life anime please help.

If ur a fan of clannad, kanon 2006 is very similar and almost as good imo...you should check it out, especially if u like clannad.

Clannad was really good and I really liked the second season.

Bokura ga ita. Has real love problems, very interesting anime. The plot of it stands out conpared to angry annoying female lead + teasing or good male lead = ending is just a kiss common shoujo romances
