I'm currently back to drawing, which I used to do alot when I was younger...

Does anyone have any tips on how to get better? I just noticed that I don't always have to use markers on a drawing, since the Alphonse drawing came out great with just a pencil :)

More than anything else, just keep doing it as much as you can.

Regardless of what you want to get out of your work, if you're putting the hours in, it'll show.

Practice, like said above.
Even if you're only into drawing anime, do try to expand and draw and study other things. It helps a lot.

if you need tips i suggest you look up Mark Crilley on youtube , he has a lot of videos that are very detailed and are fun too .
