(is it barbell weight? kg/lbs hehe) Nice to see someone with an actual workout routine here. I'm a beginner, used to go to the gym a bit (but very rarely touched barbells hence the confusion) but currently do bodyweight routine at home 3-4 times a week with dumbell (doorway pull-up bar soon). |
