It's not a harem technically but anime fans just label every anime that has more than 3 characters that like the MC or just surround him a harem.
Pretty much. It's not really a harem, as there aren't multiple girls actually fighting over the guy, or have indicated they want him. Most of them are just being friendly to him, which is something some guys have a hard time understanding: that a girl can be just a good friend. And that girls place value on things other than physical appearance.
Kuroyukihime loves him, but due to his self-esteem issues, he doesn't feel he can be with her until he can stand as her equal, or closer to it. This is a very authentic showcase of someone recovering from bullying (and parental divorce).
Chiyu is a more complex matter. It's clear she cares a great deal for Haru and Taku, and if it were up to her, she'd be with them forever. She doesn't want to do anything that causes the three of them to drift apart. That's why she was so concerned about Haru when she accepted Taku's feelings. But she's also willing to give either up if they want to date someone else. It can be difficult for some people to understand where is coming from, because of the "it's complicated" aspect to it. What is clear is that she is okay with Haru and Kuroyukihime getting together. And is probably waiting until that happens, before she gets back with Taku. She wants to make sure Haru is alright, so she doesn't risk the three of them falling apart again. As a side note, I wouldn't mind seeing some Haru/Chiyu, but I can tell it is going to be Haru/Kuroyukihime.
Fuuka, aka Sky Raker is an interesting one, as when you get farther along in the light novels, she almost seems to develop feelings for him. But whether those are authentic, or she is just teasing Haru and Sachan, or is trying to help them, is not entirely clear. It is clear that she wouldn't stand in the way of Haru and Sachan, though. And perhaps it is her way of prodding the two to more fully get together and actually date. If Haru sees that he is wanted by more than one person, it may boost his confidence enough to consider finally accepting Kuroyukihime.
Niko, aka Scarlet Rain may kind of want him, but only really his Silver Crow aspect for her Legion.
Rin probably has some crush-like feelings for Haru, but that hasn't really come up as a factor.
Everyone else is just being friendly with him. He's a nice guy, and they are nice people, so why wouldn't they be friends? Girls and guys can be friends without romantic feelings, and girls feelings differ from guys.
Chiyu is very selfless.
