| this is a great dreamy fantasy, maybe more of an adventure than Glassy Ocean, though a serene one. for that i might prefer it more can't quite get my head around it being made in 93 |

| As others mentioned, I enjoyed A Piece of Phantasmagoria and Glassy Ocean better. I really liked the star ocean and the two blacksmiths a lot. The imagery was great as always. I liked the more wistful and thoughtful stories better (the other two I mentioned above) to the adventure story here. |
| This is certainly interesting. Houses below the sea, and walking, talking buildings are certainly different than real life, that's for sure. |

| Nice, atmospheric short, I wonder how good it is in its original non-animated form. "Joe Strings" credited for strings in the ending sequence was funny. |
| I can't help thinking this OVA is inspired by Les Maîtres du temps and Ginga Tetsudou no Yoru. It could be Shigeru Tamura's homage to these two movies. |
