| I really like the start and the premise of this one! |

| Seems like carefree clone of Yaksoku no Neverland mixed with The Last of Us world. Not too bad for the first episode (actually, I liked it a lot) although it leads to some questions how the world actually works and how Kiruko was able to survive if she is so trusting. Pretty good style and character design, reminds me of Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 a bit. Good voice-acting. Guess I'm already hooked and want to see how this story unravels further. Still kinda wonder why the store-woman gave them sleep pills but it was probably for their own good as she knew they would endanger themselves going against the monster. Nothing sinister like it was hinted, all that is probably red herring. |
| Mixed impressions. Good setting. Interesting characters. Good music. Odd plot so far. With some avoidable/irrational seeming behavior. (why did she do that? why not that instead? and no good reason as answer) Could be a good anime overall. My feeling is it will be another anime with wasted potential. |
| Holy fuck the backgrounds and scenery are gorgeous. The art style sometimes gives me the vibes of 90s anime. I wonder if the Tomato-school scenes and the outside of the outside that Kiruko and Maru are trekking are happening at the same time or if one's like a flashback? Kiruko has a lot of scars. lmao the innkeeper thought they were siblings. Maru may have felt a bit of rejection from Kiruko there before he succumbed to the sleeping pills. The innkeeper intends to take on the monster herself while they are fast asleep. They presumably killed her son in the photos. |

| Primitive art style for characters, annoyingly boring start with undertones from Shinseki Yori, what would be done in a result if garbage was used as an inspiration? Characters are obviously one-dimensional and won't have any development since 'everything is a big secret, so watch further for reveal of cheap drama which explains everything!'. |

| Crazy good art and animation, the subtle movements in the shower scene for example looked so good! Good amount of interesting mystery and I'm interested in learning more about it. |
