This was another funny chapter with Honey being naked in front of Sister Jill and not being able to transform and also Jill getting really flustered at the naked Cutie Honey and wondering if she herself is a Lesbian.

At the end of the chapter Honey is able to transform again.

It does raise the question of where did Tarantula Panther went as Honey transformed into her, perhaps its answered in the sequel series?
