| I accidentally did it and now i guess it was the best experience possible. Believe me and thank me later. The first 22 min of the movie is the opening sequel, and these OVAs (Galo-hen and Lio-hen) are perfect to explain what you just watched in the begin of the movie, AFTER you already started it. Watching in the chronological order spoils a bit the introduction of the movie. It will lose a lot of impact. And watching the movie first basically turn the OVAs disposable. . |

| Thankfully i didn't watch the OVAs in the MAL order, it would spoils the way i faced the first events: Watching the movie first probably is the main choice, since the movie is on popular streaming services as Prime Video, while the OVAs don't. But i as said, these OVAs are perfect to explain just what you need to know in the right moment before the plot advances. And i realized this by total chance: "Wow, what sequence was that... oh, i forgot to check on MAL if this movie is part of a series or anything (pause). Let me see, oh, there are two previous short OVAs in chronological order, okay, let me watch them now" |
