| This is quite fun. Komi reminds me the guy from Angel Densetsu; always being misunderstood and ended up scaring people because of their over the top scary face expression. I'm not sure I want to read the series. |

| I'm 12 volumes deep in the serialized manga when I discover this one, which was released first and appears to be sort of a prequel/pilot. One difference that stood out in this one is that while Komi usually doesn't talk, she occasionally talks too much, rambling on and on. The part about speaking back to back (without eye contact) and not using the notebook are also differences. Interesting to see how she and the series changed between this "early draft" and the later manga volumes. |
