Claim a Smart Character Club

Information

RULES:
1. You must have at least 100 forum posts to make a claim.
2. One character per person.
3. Characters you claim must be a smart, knowledgeable, or whatsoever as long as they are not stupid =P
4. You must provide the character MAL page with your claim. Or your claim would be ignored.
5. Do not make any banners until your claim had been approved in the claim list.
6. Please check here before you claim a character.
7. If you want another smart character to be add into the list, post them in the character suggestion thread. And please post their real/full names according to the MAL page.
For example:
[first/last name] "something over here" [first/last name]
IF the MAL page title for the characters are like above, please type or copy/paste them. If not, the requested character will not appear on the search list.
8. Please provide proof from somewhere that able to proof your claimed character is smart. Thank you.

Everyone may upload pictures. One thing I ask is, no nudity pics please.
I don't know how to make banners. Anyone who's interested to help, fire a PM.
