You used to be able to simply upvote or downvote a review.

Then they removed downvotes. Later, they added 'reacts' which is nice. At some point they also started showing one of each 'Recommended, Mixed, Not Recommended"

Personally, I don't see the point of showing one of each, and in fact I find it irrelevant. It was better to just show most popular review.

The 'Not Recommended', for instance, is often a troll review or simply someone who didn't like the actual genre and thus rated the show poorly (eg, if you dislike yaoi, why are you watching and reviewing a yaoi?) That is not useful.

Maybe you should consider spreading a list of the best critics on MAL so we can base our waiting on their reviews. Maybe there is such a club on MAL???
