This is the place to collectively moan/discuss/debate about all those great anime titles that despite their potential were created prematurely. Yes, their creators are STILL in the creative stage, still figuring out their manga plots and despite that no SEQUELS !

It is also the place to express your disagreement over some of the anime-manga adaptations... And to put it frankly... Tell them to <strong>Do it AGAIN >:0</strong>

just downloaded the 1st episode from this ova... and watched 3 min >.< blah... they changed :(
and it's suppose to be prequel... i cant say much because i didnt watch it, but i'm dissapointed with the art...

That is the original series that strays from the manga after ep 22 and makes up its own ending.

This is the "remake" of sorts that has nothing to do with the original plot of Negima and basically reconstructs all the rules Ken Akamatsu created in the manga.

The OVAs, Shiroki Tsubasa Ala Alba and Mouhitotsu no Sekai follow the new arc of the magic world, but skip scenes.

I'm hoping for some sort of eventual re-creation of the series with ALL the arcs animated.

Thats one of those series that just went on a rampage of titles. I'm surprised if that haven't given it a proper conclusion by now.

which one is the original negima series then?

You know, I just realized this earlier, but we need to mention the horribly abrupt and just overall terrible ending to the original Negima series.

Thankfully, they are animating the Magic World arcs, albeit at a quick pace. (something like 5 chapters for a thirty minute OVA)
