Yeah, the backloggery could use some improvements, but it's the only place I know to keep up with my backlog, so it works for me.
With Pokemon, I continue playing after beating the leaders since I like to play against my friends and brother.
Hmm, some good games for the DS would be Luminous Arc, Etrian Odyssey 1 and 2, and Final Fantasy Tactics: A2. Disgaea DS is coming out Sept. 23, so I'm definitely going to pick that up as well as Luminous Arc 2 in Nov.
I think Tomoe was best for Kenshin. Kaoru just seems too childish to me.
The novels are so good. That's where the original action is at. You know, I'm pretty sure JRPGs are becoming extinct. There's nowhere near as many as their used to be and the ones that do come out dissapoint. I don't wanna give up video games waaaahh... sigh.
Alright!! I'm always looking for Deck Reviewers since I'm always looking for ways that I can improve my deck <33
lol xD I've actually only got one deck right now...and then a couple structure decks. I only started collecting the cards once more last month, so I still don't have many.
Oh wow...I'll have to check YVD out...I've heard about it before but I haven't checked it out. I'm busy doing some things right now but I'll check it out when I get a chance. (I just checked it out but for some reason it's not working @_@ Does it work on Vistas??)
(mind if I send you my current decklist right now?)
I play the game on my DS but I've yet to actually make a decent deck on there =P
I played Yu-Gi-Oh years ago but never competitively...probably because I never really was serious about anything years ago...but now that I am I'm going to start to be competitive and participate in Tournys and I'm hoping to get to go to Nationals and Regionals as well.
Ha, don't worry about what they say!! I know there are quite a few older people out there playing Yu-Gi-Oh, I even some some guy who looked to be in his 40s at the Genesis Duelists Sneak Preview I went to a few weeks ago (my first big event <33)
There's two different series of manga. You probably found the weird one that the anime was adapted from. The other manga series is the one that picks up after the anime ends.
You absolutely must watch Macross Frontier. It's actually really good drama... with transformable mecha... and explosions. Seriously, if it weren't for Code Geass or Gundam 00 this would be the most well done mecha series I've seen in years. (This is assuming if you overlook some flaws of Gundam 00. Code Geass on the other hand is just synonymous with bad-ass).
loki continues from the end of the anime onto a 5 volume manga labeled "Detective Loki Ragnarok". That's the conclusion of the series. I think the idea of a manga covering the end of an animated series is a really good idea. Unfortunately I'm having trouble finding said manga.
just a few more days until disgaea 3 and tales of vesperia. I can't wait. I'm finally looking for a place now. It's a tossup between a cheap-but-small condo or an expensive-but-big house.
Yeah, I feel the same, though I love the collecting part as well. I've completed 103 of my games so far. I keep up with my backlog here. I'm in the middle of so many games that I sometimes have to start a game over again just because I couldn't remember what I was doing on it. xD
Actually, most of my games were bought brand new. I have been lucky enough to find complete copies of some games at the pawn shop for cheap though, including quite a few rare PS1 games. I got Suikoden, Suikoden II, Star Ocean: The Second Story, Valkyrie Profile, Grandia, and a few others all for $5 each at the pawn shop once, which was surprising considering the prices of those games on ebay.
Rurouni Kenshin was the first anime set I ever purchased and it's still my favorite. I never think I should stop collecting...instead, I always feel the need to buy more. xD
