Liu Xing Long is the Shadow Dragon of Water and Wind. Unlike her comrades, except for Yi Xing Long, Liu Xing Long has the power to control two elements. She was born when Oolong messed up Emperor Pilaf's wish by wishing for a pair of panties from a "hot babe," and she is completely embarrassed by this as she turned red when Gokuu asked how she was born. She is the only female Shadow Dragon.
Liu Xing Long takes this form in order to trick a local village into believing that she is the "princess of the sea." She prefers to use this form instead of her dragon form, and thus primarily uses it in most of her appearances.
Liu Xing Long's true form is a large teal dragon. Since she was born from the very first wish made on screen in the entire Dragon Ball series, it is probable that Liu Xing Long is the eldest of all seven Shadow Dragons.
