This is the Fiftieth week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.
Wow, fifty weeks....That's a whole lotta girls. I was considering doing something special this week, but I got lazy. Also, I was "allowed" to do a blog on another friend's favorite character. His birthday was way back in August...

Head
Hair: Arc's (which I will be calling her) hair is blond and shoulder-length. It appears to be somewhat dual-layered with a ridge in the front. Blah, short blond hair....
Grade: B-
Eyes:
....Horrid...
Oh sorry, I didn't mean to be that frank, but I really dislike her eyes. They seem to have everything I hate. First, they're red. I don't like red eyes, but in her case, it makes her look so much worse because it brings out her cat-like pupils (another thing I dislike). She also has fairly long eyelashes on the outer corners of her eyes. Occasionally, in a few shots (such as when she's nearly biting Shiki), her eyes look bloodshot. I dislike bloodshot eyes because my eyes tear up. Even just writing that made my eyes mist up... Finally, in her mystic eyes form (which I shall refer to as "Red" Arc), she has very "yandere"-like eyes. Her pupils become yellow, and the rest becomes red. All in all, I dislike her eyes.
Oh, and no glasses. But that may have been obvious.
Grade: D
Face: Her face is pretty nice. However, in "Red" arc form she is obviously much worse. She has far too much detail, and her fangs are showing. She also looks evil in this form.
Grade: B
Body
Build: Arc has a very mature and sexy body.
Grade: A-
Breasts: From what I heard, she's one of the largest in the Naruverse. She is quite big, and very nice.
Grade: A
Clothes: She's been seen in very elegant gowns, but she has one outfit that she usually wears. That outfit is a white sweater with a neck and a long purple skirt. It's oddly erotic, even though very little skin is showing. If only other characters were like that...

Mind
Personality: Arc is very whimsical and child-like, as she's informed of the basics but doesn't know many social norms. She could also be considered somewhat cat-like because of her curiousity (though this is exaggerated in the chibi-form Neko Arc). She's also easily amused, but this is mainly due to her upbringing. She's also very bright and optimistic.
Arc was made to be a weapon to hunt true ancestors, of which she is one. True Ancestors are vampires, but not the undead kind. She also doesn't require blood, even going out of her way to not take any (well, drinking anyway. I'm sure she's spilled her share of the fluid of life.) She's very powerful, and uses mainly physical attacks, such as claws. She also has a powerful attack in the Marble Phantasm, which she can use to to change a certain amount of space into what she desires. Kinda like reality revision-type stuff. Always a fun power.
Arc has a personal vendetta against Roa, who is the main villain of Tsukihime. His main power is to reincarnate into a new body after that is eventually taken over by him. She has killed him every reincarnate cycle and, before the events in Tsukihime, that's the only reason she would awaken and leave her castle. It reminds me of Agrajag and Arthur.
Agrajag and Arthur are characters in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, a story by Douglas Adams. In it, it's kind of a side story that Agrajag keeps getting killed by Arthur. However, there are two major differences. The first is that Arthur is a normal human, without any powers at all (well, occasionally flight, but to that is difficult and requires missing the ground). The second is that all the deaths are either accidents, unintended, or coincidental, and usually all three. For example, once Arthur killed a rabbit for food and to make the skin into a purse. That rabbit was a reincarnation of Agrajag. Then, he was reincarnated as a fly, which Arthur killed with the purse...Agrajag does get his revenge eventually, but you'd have to read the books. I would suggest.. huh, what?

Libido: She's in an H-game. Another good example of this area is when she gives the hero a perverted dream by way of familiar.

Age: As far as I know, she's at least over 800. She's an immortal vampire, though. She appears in her 20's, in my opinion. Immortality keeps you looking young. Well, immortality and sleep...
