Part 2
TL note: “(Well I’m not a translator but keeping in the anime spirit I titled it that, more like “author’s note”.) This is a little like Darker than Black, nope, no one ran off with the manuscript, but it’s been ages since I wrote part 1 of chapter 2 and I can’t remember what my plan was for the continuance. Don’t despair though, I can assure you the quality will be at the same level, it’s up to you if you find that as a good or a bad thing. - That aside I’m writing this in the moment of no “internetness” at home – day 20, never knew it could be this frustrating, so to put all that agitation to side I’ll write the 6th part of this adventure =)”Viik opened his eyes, gazed around and closed them again. His head was in a fog, he couldn’t tell up from down, darkness filled his head. He was sitting in the gallery of LolisF TW, the chef was frying some noodles and spring rolls, special orders from Viik himself. He saw Marian walk past outside the windows to the deck, he couldn’t help smiling, her frilly hair was flickering in the wind. He remembered an article in the newspapers back home, some girl was elected as the prettiest in all of Norway. In that case it’s no way Marian had ever set foot on Norwegian soil.
“Last day on ship noodles and spring rolls special coming up, what’cha want for drink?”, the chef smiled at him with great enthusiasm. “I’ll just take water thanks”, he replied hazily. The chef looked at Viik and recognized the longing look on his face, “you think she’s the one ey?” Viik turned towards him, he was laughing, Viik turned back again watching Marian enter. She had a slightly sad look on her face, still smiling though but quite gloomy at the same time. Viik stood up and walked towards her, but her face started to dissolve, the gallery turned darker and darker until it completely vanished as well. He opened his eyes once more, he was sitting in a deep velvet chair, sunlight from tall and mighty windows hit his face. “Ah, pleased to see that you’re awake again sir”.
