Anime Relations: Serial Experiments Lain

Best buddy celebrated New Year's in Japan and brought me a little souvenir again.

Oh it was yummy, it really is a shame that Melon Pan is not produced here.


Be jealous. Again.

Anime Relations: ef - a tale of memories., Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae, Kannagi, Bounen no Xamdou, Clannad: After Story, Toaru Majutsu no Index, Kurozuka

So last night I was watching anime with De-JaY and after finishing Episode 2 of Kannagi, I reached the magic mark of 100 Days Of Anime.



I might as well mention some of the shows of the current season I really enjoy. Kannagi's first episode was very promising and Episode 2 made me give the show a temporary score of 9/10. A really amazing and hilarious show I can only recommend.

It surpassed Toaru Majutsu no Index which is also on a 9 currently. Giving off a few Shana vibes, that show is also one of my favorites of the Fall season.

Just like Clannad. KyoAni, great humor and a whole bunch of awesome characters. In fact, I can't think of a Clannad character I dislike. A candidate for a 10, and that's not just the fanboy in me speaking.

Toradora! and Ga-Rei-Zero are kickass shows too, so far.

Kurozuka's first episode was also quite impressive. If you're into the genres, check it out.

Xam'd: Lost Memories started airing before the Fall season started but it's still worth mentioning. Stylish animation, great-great music and very interesting characters.

Excuse me for not going into detail. I might write another blog entry when ef - a tale of melodies and Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae are being subbed by skilled people. I really, really want to see these two shows.


Oh and I love my family.
