Akaneiro ni Somaru Saka

I think the similarities are overwhelming. Both mains are named Junichi, both have an "incestual" interest of the main with a sister that is not of blood relation, and both consist of a wide array of cast appealing to guys, from the "imouto" feel of Da Capo's Sakura, to the rich, snobby tsundere of Akane's Yuuhi. Take your picks. Though, personally, the storyline of Da Capo is far more appeal, as too are the girls. 

Both are based on H games, both have pretty similar main characters, both have rather interesting overtones. The way the plot flows for both series are also very similar. 

Both center around the budding romantic relationship between brother and sister, non-blood related. 

If you enjoyed Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka, watch Da Capo. They have the same feeling and the characters are similar, Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka's protagonist Junichi is like Da Capo's main protagonist Junnichi because they both have a younger sister taking care of them.  

Da Capo and Akane-iro really has a lot of similarities. I even felt Dejavu after watching these two. Both animes are worth watching and both good. Both animes are all about Drama, Romance, and Comedy. Although Da Capo has a magical feeling into it though. But I have to say they are almost 100% similar to each other. Even the characters' personality, appearances, etc. If I can still remember correctly, here are the characters of Akane-iro and their respective Da Capo counterparts. Nagase, Junichi - Asakura, Junichi >> Both are the main heroes of their respectice anime and they have the same Christian name in "Junichi" as well. And in the end, both of them made lovey-dovey with their respective little sisters. Nagase, Minato - Asakura, Nemu >> Both are the main heroines of their anime. Both are adopted little sisters, in love with their Onii-chan, both of them even call their brothers "Nii-san", both wear ribbons(although Nemu has two and Minato only has one), both takes care of their homes and as well as their little brothers. The only problem is that Minato can cook and Nemu can't(but she's been improving a bit). Katagiri, Yuuhi - Yoshino, Sakura >> Not much to say about these two, all I know is that they are both transfer students from said anime and are also in love with the main hero. And both have cute voices as well(Rie Kugumiya for Yuuhi and Yukari Tamura for Sakura). Nishino, Fuyuhiko - Suginami >> Both guys store some reliable information in them, Fuyuhiko through the Student Council and Suginami through the Newspaper club. And supports both Junichi and Junichi as well. Shiraishi, Nagomi - Amakase, Miharu >> Both characters are freshmen and both of them just come out of nowhere to do comedy for the viewers. And both characters are scientists-like as well(I only saw that part of Miharu from D.C.S.S. though). Kiryu, Tsukasa - Mizukoshi, Moe >> I only have one reason why these two characters are alike. Simple. Bust Size. And both are always doing what they love. Tsukasa via Photography and Moe via cooking Nabe. Ayanokouji, Karen - Mizukoshi, Mako >> Both girls are rich and they also both hides feelings for the two Junichis as well. They both own a company(in Mako's case, Moe also has a share with it since they're both sisters). Sugishita, Seijirou - Shirakawa, Koyomi >> Both are teachers and the class adviser for both main characters. And they share a bond with the two idols at their respective schools. Seijirou has a bond with Mitsuki and Koyomi has Kotori as her younger sister. Shiina, Mitsuki - Shirakawa, Kotori >> Both characters are their schools' respective idols, both characters wear berets. They also have their own crew with them. Each with 2 advisers respectively. Mitsuki having Aya and Mikoto and Kotori having Mikkun and Tomo. Both crews are a club as well. Mitsuki and co. at the Student Council and Kotori and co. with the Music club. Both have bonds with their teachers, Mitsuki with Seijirou and Kotori with her elder sister, Koyomi. well, akane-iro ni somaru saka is similar to yosuga no sora because it is both harem and has incest. well, yosuga no sora is a lot more ecchi than akane-iro ni somaru saka, but it also had a better plot, if you liked the incest in akane-iro ni somaru saka, then you'll love yosuga no sora, however if you just wached yosuga no sora, it'll be a lost watching this one afterwards, like what i did, i wasn't expecting incest, and i got it and it was terrible LOL.  

Both series involves the romance content although Yosuga no Sora leans towards more of the ecchi side. However, both series also contain emotions, drama, and a storyline that fans will not forget. 

•both contain incest/romance/school life/ecchi/harem genres •both contain a decent plot, but yosuga's plot is alot more dramatic and emotional in a sense •both contain borderline hentai, which is more subtle in akane, and in yosuga, its half between hentai and borderline pretty much, just alot more graphic in yosuga •you might like one if you like the other, but if you wanted to watch 1 only go for yosuga, but if you dont want borderline hentai go akane >.<  

sister bro and lotsa girls 

This story is pretty same with Akane-Iro... Brother and sister living in same house... The minor character is very likable... Watch Canvas 2 and u can see it very same with Akane-Iro and u will enjoy it...  

Both series contain theme where the MC is surrounded by other girls and dealing with misunderstandings and drama. Both MC have conflicting thoughts about who he truly likes through various interactions with the other characters. 

Multiple girls like the main character. Similar art. 

Graphics , story , the feeling. And both of them look like a harem game , where main character choses a path ( a girl ) and try to finish the game with that girl's ending . But of course in anime , main character doesn't understand the others feelings and ends up with not choosing any of them . Makes you mad . 

male lead. tons of cute girls. throw in some random plot. theyre similar to me because i dont even remember what theyre about haha. im sure they made me laugh somehow. yes theyre both comedy.  

Both are harem with 2 female main character as a harem leader.... Both are low-rated show... 

Well it's like sister complex and a fiance barging in the peaceful life of the male protagonist... 

Both main chars wanted a human girl, and they end up with an alien . Also, deals about forced marriage, one by parents, other by "laws", and it's some hell of special laws 

- Very similar male lead (misunderstood by public, surrounded by rumors and stories that are not true, a bit unsocial and dense); - Kinda similar female lead (physical appearance, tsundere/himidere traits, same voice actress); - Revolves around romance (light harem-like). For about 5-6 episodes you will get strong Toradora deJa vu, but after that AnSS fails to deliver. The story here is a bit of a mess: they added a lot of crossroads/hints/sidestories but did not explore them at all. The ending is also very strange to say the least. Nevertheless it is similar, but Toradora is done just right, wheres AnSS is a defocused and messy story. 

The typical harem where the boy starts out meeting a girl, followed by a simple kiss, and series starts progressing from there. As the series progresses, emotions are spilled and drama are ensured. Both series are great for some light comedy, soft romance, and later emotional drama.  

Both have a Love Triangle. 

The romance level and the character interaction are very similar. 

- similar main character - brother x sister love - harem - similar story - transfer student, who is going to get married  

High class rich girls interaction with the Main character guy after parents die or parents leave for a long time and is surrounded by many girls . 

Both start with the main (Geno Killer and Makoto) meeting with a girl (Yuuhi and Kotonoha) and after this, they date and the best friend/sister of main (Minato and Sekai) becomes the best friend of that girl. But during the show, all this grow into a triangle love with much drama and fights. Also, Characters are alike too.
