Both of these anime deals with the supernatural. The two female protagonist are both vampires with similar unvampire traits. Both anime are similar with other genres as well, like comedy & romance.

I haven't watched Dance In The Vampire Bund that much, but from what I've seen it is pretty identical to tsukuyomi moon phase. They both have imperious Vampire Lolis and the dark feeling of vampire anime (mostly Dance In The Vampire Bund has it :D ). The strong bond between the female and male main characters is also very simular.

Both contain vampires, enough said. The art in these to animes is absolutly georgous. Good plots, secret loves, full Moons, and sexy vampires, are what makes these two animes so similar. Very unique.

The male leads are expected to serve the female leads but are often unsatisfactory though they are proven to have hidden capabilities later on. The female leads are tsundere characters, while the male leads both develop attachments and become loyal to the females. Both the shows are of the fantasy genre. And the plots basically have the same "band-together-to-defeat-the-forces-of-evil" type of theme, but aren't really very similar. They both also have fanservice.

Similarities are :A"strange" young girl entrancing a boy in both anime , many shots are similar as i believe they have the same director, both towards the gothic type of anime (Petit Cossette being more)also the main boys both work in antique shop.

the run away cute blue haired little girl, with a guy that has some secret powers and identity within them.....you'll get the picture

These two animes are similar, because their plots and characters are somewhat the same in the sense that they both involve a male, main character, that ends up protecting a vampire girl, and ultimately fighting along side her. Moon phase is the cute side, while Shingetsutan Txukihime is a little more violence, than it is cat ears.

Both of the male protagonists deal with a very princess like female character, as both girls starts out selfish but later matures themselves as they appreciate the male protagonist's company.

Has a similar character, a vampire girl, with a similar situation where the female vampire was imprisoned but was later freed by the protagonist and the girl gets attached to the protagonist.

Same type of dramatic theme with supernatural magic and an older brother main character fighting to save and protect the little sister heroine.

Similar to Hazuki living with the main character, the main characters of Shinmai Maou no Testament go through a "cohabitation" lifestyle, specifically an "older brother and little sisters" type of relationship, while the heroines are being hunted down by powerful enemies.

Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri features Rory Mercury, an immortal small girl with a cute fashionable appearance, similar to Tsukuyomi's Hazuki, that likes the male character.

Fundamentally, like Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase, the heroines are both little vampires.

Has a similar type of heroine, a female vampire, yet she freely can change from an adult woman to a small girl and the main character loves both.

Fundamentally the same with a young vampire girl and a male character that really likes her.

They share a lot of very specific particularities, with a very similar style. The rooms are like theater sets, washtubs randomly fall from the sky, microphones appear above a character's head, with similar character and color design, and a random and referential sense of humor, more apparent in Paniponi.

A vampire and a normal person dealing with supernatural occurrences, voiced by Saito Chiwa and Kamiya Hiroshi, with somewhat similar designs. The main guy is especially similar, and is a very fun to watch character is both series. They also have a lot of the same visual flair, thanks to Studio Shaft and a lot of the same staff.

Basic similarity of a vampire girl, with a male human lover, in a modern society setting.

I would say there are some similarities if you are looking for a cute small girl with a cat ear themed character setting.

For Date A Live, around this seasonal point, the main character has met a few girls that resemble Hazuki in terms of cuteness and similar personality.

While not involving vampire girls, Oda Nobuna no Yabou presents plenty of girls that share similarities to Hazuki of Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase.

I feel some similarities as the characters, of both anime, have to fight people that target them. Along with how, similar to Moon Phase's Hazuki, Shuka of Darwin's Game has similar elements of a cute small girl, with strong powers, that is very attached to the main character.

While Gosick focuses on historical fiction and detective drama, excluding any supernatural elements, it has a similar female main lead, similar to Tsukuyomi's Hazuki, that is a small girl with a cute fashionable appearance and the main character devotes himself to the heroine.

The overall plots of the two differ in an awful lot of ways, but the relationships between the two main characters - and indeed the characters themselves - in each show are very similar in many senses. I liked both, so you guys might. :)

It's sometimes dark and dramatic anime like kuroshitsuji , but there is more comedy in Tsukuyomi Moon Phase.

Plots are similar, and in both main character are cute girls living with boy who found them. Both stories are cheerful and yuo'll definitly smile after watching them. In both stories appears cute mascots in Chobits - Sumomo and Kotoko and in Tsukuyomi Haiji.

Because they are both directed by Akiyuki Shinbo and produced by studio SHAFT, they are very similar in style. -MOON PHASE- has a young girl who makes a pact with an older guy and the story focuses on vampires. In Negima!?, it's a young male who makes pacts with his older female students, there’s only one vampire, and emphasis is put most on the magical incantations. However, each series shares similar elements and has a serious gothic tone; yet at times they can be very cute and even slightly romantic. Not to mention both are VERY funny! In fact, the running gag with the falling  read more

Both have harems of otherworldly characters of the night. Moonphase has a harem of kawaii vampire ladies and RVC 2 has the harem of a variety of monster girls.

Imagine it like this.Kuroneko(the character from oreimo) got her own anime or lives her own anime and it is called Tsukuyomi moon phase. If you liked Kuroneko this is for you.The main character looks like Kuroneko, talks like her, acts like her etc...You can expect a lot of gothic vampire lolitas in that anime. The biggest difference is perhaps that Tsukuyomi is a more action/romance/comedy oriented anime.

Similarities: very young supernatural girl being targeted by powerful enemies, has action scenes, and a similar type of romance.
report Recommended by greed2
has a similar theme with a vampire girl and a protagonist that loves her.
report Recommended by greed2
Similar type of pairing with a small emotional heroine, with mystical origins, and a male character that accepts devoting himself to the heroine.
report Recommended by greed2
The romantic pairing is similar to Tsukuyomi where the male lead is devoted in protecting a young small girl. Like Tsukuyomi, with the recurring "manservant themed" joke, Hayate the Combat Butler has a main character that is literally a loyal butler for the female lead.

Main female characters trying to live normal accepted lives but are judged for being different and "monsters" but are helped and fall in love with male main character.
