Both show love boys ;) 1 boy has similar character as Shindou (Gravitation) and 2 boy is a writer, he writes romance book as Yuki Eiri (Gravitation). If you pleased from observing Gravitation, I'm sure that you will be charmed "Junjo Romantica".

Both are series about uh, band guys falling in love with each other. Incidentally, in both most characters have complex networks of relationships and at least some sort of back story, that may or may not be tragic.

Both are funny shonen ai anime with comedy and romance. Both have the world of entertainment (Music/Actors). I am completely sure if you like one you'll like the other and they are easy to watch for any new bl watcher, very soft and funny (they are strong in comedy)

Both Uta no Prince-Sama Maji Love 1000% is similar to Gravitation in a way that the main genre are both about singing, while Shuichi wants yuki attention, Haruka wants to write a song for Hayato. Though, Uta no Prince-Sama Maji Love 1000% and gravitation is in a way different because Uta no prince sama has more characters and forth but for gravitation Shuichi just want to sing for yuki. If you like gravitation, you may end up liking uta no prince sama afterall they both have nice songs :D

-similar character relationships -both focus on the love of two male celebrities

Gravitation and Be-Boy are all about music and shounen-ai, the first gives an almost equal weight to both themes while the second is more concerned with romantic nuances. With this said, Gravitation is essentially a comedy with its angsty moments while Be-Boy is more serious albeit not as well accomplished. Fans of one should probably be interested in the other.

The atmosphere throughout the whole series is VERY similar. They're both about music bands, competition, love stories and for R-rated audiences. The only difference is NANA is straight, while Gravitation is shounen-ai. SimilarityL 3 1/2 *

Light hearted shounen-ai that relies heavily on exploring the seme/uke dynamics, plenty of comedy and colourful character designs: such is the recipe for these two series. Gravitation is more glamorous and eventually strikes a serious note amidst the wacky comedy, while Papa is rather explicit - made more so by the incest theme that makes up the plot. Reminiscent characters and an overdose of bishounen further confirm the connection between these titles.

Shounen-ai with a solid plot: Gravitation and Gakuen Heaven fit the description. Gravitation deals with the world of music, fame, and a very stormy romantic relationship between male leads; Gakuen Heaven is a school drama used to explore the considerably calmer involvement of two boys in love. Those who thought that Yuki and Shuichi were too at odds with each other to be believable should check out Gakuen Heaven; those who thought that GH was simply not random and angsty enough should give Gravitation a go.

Both are shows based on boy bands with some romance. Also, the animation and style look similar, and both series have some BL/slash.

Gravitation and Sukisho develop the growing attraction between two male characters with plenty of comedy thrown into the mix. Both can be rather random and off the wall but have a darker undertone that becomes prevalent in the later episodes. If you like shounen-ai that actually delivers a solid story and has vibrant character designs, both series are a very entertaining take on boys' love.

Both have energetic, determined main characters who want to make it in show business. As well as Comedy, and romance (romance is a bigger part of Gravitation, than it is in skip beat though, since the characters are a lot less dense)

While these shows may seem rather different at first, they do have some very important similarities. I often recommend Kyou Kara Maou to friends of mine who are just starting to explore shonen-ai and find that it is a good way to ease them into the genre. Gravitation is an example of a show they might like to watch afterwards if they liked the relationship between the king and Wolfram. There are some similarities between the main couples in both these shows, though Gravitation is obviously more focused on romance. I feel that Kyou Kara Maou is quite possibly the most underrated anime that I have  read more

A classic boys love anime with two lovers at different points in there lives and in this case careers. Like Hitorijime My Hero there is a good mix of laughter and emotion for the characters and the viewer another must watch for any fujoshi

Both are of the same genre yaoi. Gravitation centers around one couple however and the seme is cold hearted unlike Takano.

Both are music titles with the classic drama, comedy and romance. On Beck though, the band plays a more important role on the story than in Gravitation. If you liked Gravitation, you'll love Beck. They are similar in kind but Beck turns out being better in my opinion.

The appeal of these series stems largely from their absurd, over-the-top humour. However, underneath their silliness, they are also heartwarming love stories. These are fun romantic comedies for anybody to enjoy!

If you like the shounen-ai aspect of No.6, then you will enjoy Gravitation. Gravitation doesn't have a tone as serious as No.6. However, there is a dark past to both Yuki and Rat which affect their relationship with the main character. Gravitation will be more of a comedy and a little silly at times. But if you enjoy one show, you are likely to enjoy the other.

If u like Level-C u'll like Gravi. Gravi has light BL while Level-C has a hard BL content. Both have a somewhat unrealistically cheerful attitude and can't 4get both have the main characters living in the same house! So let your imagination take hold! ~BunnyYamato~

Yaoi, angst, and music: Gravitation and Zetsuai revolve around these themes. In both cases same gender relationships pose a dillemma to the protagonists as does dealing with a constant pressure that fame entails. Gravitation has a great deal of comedy elements that tone down the angsty mood, Zetsuai on the other hand is rather dark and takes angst to a paroxysms of a violent nature.

Cute boys love stories that are as much concerned with the potential for hilarity as the relationships at the plots' centres. Prepare to laugh a lot!

Both series are about aspiring musical artists who struggle for their big breaks and learn to balance label drama and their own personal drama, both of which they have in spades.

Gravitation and Yami no Matsuei have a similar drawing style. They're also both shounen-ai series. Another thing that's shared are the random funny moments, including the chibi/animal-transformations.

The obvious shounen-ai content is enough to warrant this recommendation. Gravitation is considerably more hyper and hilarious than the much more subdued and serious Lesson XX, but they both cover the same ground in terms of romantic overtures between two male characters.
