If you've seen the classic (and hilarious) tentacle hentai La Blue Girl and enjoyed it's concept, La Blue Girl Returns is a big step up. The same characters come back in this series to battle some butterfly demons and protect the Shikima realm! The artwork is vibrant with much smoother animation too.
For me, this is all just classic. Be sure you watch the first La Blue Girl before seeing this one so you know the history of the characters. The girls work nicely as a team.
I especially love the intro to this series. They've taken the old theme song and made it much catchier.

I only watched bits and pieces of this one, but after watching 2 episodes of original series, I seen enough to know that it's worse. It was worse the way Demon Beast Resurrection was worse than Demon Beast Invasion. Story was worse than original in both cases. Read my review for La Blue Girl, same principal applies. If you like diector, you'll like this. If not, you won't. If your unsure, please view before purchasing. Luckily I did in this case.
