That moment when Campfire Cooking in Another World starts airing, finishes airing, and gets a season 2 announced by Mappa, and in the meantime, CSM still hasn’t gotten a sequel lmaooo Also, this show was just like Chainsaw Man, it had no production committee, so the decision to make season 2 was entirely up to Mappa themselves. |

You also wasted alot of your time writing this.
It was very chilled and laid back, not something I expected from Mappa but the concept and execution was done quite nicely.
Great colors, visuals and humor. I especially liked Fenrir and Sui, our cute little Slime that wants to be savage like her uncle Fel.
Didn’t expect a second season but I’m eager to see how far they’ll go on their journey.

| @Roberto_otreboR There sort of was a story though. It just didn't get progressed/mentioned each episode. Even the other Isekai people from the first episode were shown again a couple episodes, showing how their ventures without MC was faring. MC levels up almost every episode one way or another, i'd count that as some sort of character development on it's own, even if it sounds lackluster. Similar to the others who enjoyed this show, I enjoyed it for the chill vibes, it made me feel relaxed coming home and turning the anime on. I loved Toriko when it was first airing which was my first dive into the gourmet anime culture, anime such as Food wars or Sugar Apple Fairy both bring me joy. My point is, who cares there is a niche for cooking anime, there is a niche for everything why are you questioning us for liking a non plot heavy anime, we're all anime fans at the end of the day even if our interest diff we're all part of the same social circle, we all love anime and that should be what really matters in all of this. ^^ |

| @Roberto_otreboR Hey it's cool, if you don't like it then you don't. :) And while I may personally like this one I still agree fully with that statement. Especially with a lot of the bad anime, companies have have been releasing lately. Gonna be honest, even if I enjoy watching this anime there were other anime much more in need of another season. So i'm just as shocked as everyone else. π€ |
