i'm actually surprised bc i just remembered i've seen clips of this show like 1-3 years ago on either youtube or twitter and only know do i remember seeing it and even without context the confession scene was really touching

it really hits different when you know the person you love will undoubtedly overshadow the name you've been trying to make your whole life, itsuki loves nayuto and is willing to give his all so he can achieve his dreams even with her by his side
i feel we've finally hit the climax of this season and there's no denying it

the once upon a time segment really got me too, alongside all her imperfections chihiro's p good at making storylines too, istg nayu's menace behavior will never get old
albeit an unusual and conventionally obnoxious girl, she's really perfect in every way, and i'm not lying when i say that itsuki is really lucky for a girl like her the same way she's lucky for a guy like him

i've always been invested in the character's tensions, struggles, and motivations more than any usual anime and i feel like that's enough of a reason for me to say this is (probably) my new favorite anime
the things i'd do to have a friend group like these five
