| As someone who played the game and consider it one of the best things ever to come out of Japan, I can say that this adaption is not at all bad. You can tell the staff actually appreciated the game and did their best to get across what made it so great. I initially came for the protagonists' voice (which aren't voiced in the game), but was then genuinely surprised to see how visually engaging it depicts the content, albeit the unnecessary silly fan service admittedly kinda ruin the show. It manages to retain the atmosphere and characterization that made the game great. Unfortunately it's very short. It tried and did well, but what can you do with a 12 episodes anime ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
