| lol they added more drama on the anime version the manga version of this episode is very fast pace but im glad to see that they gave some nice animation on this episode and the upcoming episodes because it surely needs it the upcoming episodes will be awesome |

| This is a prime example of extending the content of an episode to a certain extent that it fails overall. Too much useless scenes that really didn't help with the episode. I know it is necessary to extend some parts in the manga to make it fit in an episode but this is just pushing it to reach that cliffhanger. It really didn't help that Hinata took a different approach after the confession and attacked the black rods first, which was not in the manga, and there were additional fight scenes of Hinata and Pain. Not to mention the flashbacks are kinda repetitive in the sense that Hinata, Naruto and everyone else are spouting the same words each time. Lol at spoilers everywhere, and even more lol is that Fai is here ;) but then, what am I also doing here :3 |

| there is no way pain can win from the kyuubi. naruto took 5 of them down without it's power, and i think the kyuubi is as powerfull or even more as sage mode. so watch out pain !!!! :D |

| ~gasps~ A Naruto episode that was actually good :0 I have to admit, this was beautifully made. It sucks that Sauce is always getting the attention though. This manga would be so much better if it wasn't for his grueling influence. And this episode was probably my favorite Shitpuuden episode. Most fight scenes in Naruto suck when animated, but this episode made the Pain vs Hinata fight, which should have been measly, into an epic fight, at least for me. The producers made the scenes in the manga 1000x better in the anime with all the extra scenes and incredible animation (animation that's actually deserving of the year 2010). |

| well kishi's favourite character is sasuke, so it is not surprising that there's some form of revolution around this character. as for the episode, the manga really does spoil the episodes, so it didnt feel as touching as i probably wouldve thought if i didnt read the manga. well i cant wait till naruto goes all hulk on pain. it'll be fun |
