Medaka is clearly affected by what transpired on Valentine's Day. He's been stealing glances at Mona and finding himself at a loss for words! His heart just can't stop beating as White Day arrives and he has to give thank-you gifts to the girls. There are signs signaling changes all around Mona as well.
