Where do I even start? In my humble opinion, the art was the only redeeming quality of this manga. With the amount of times the main male love interest, Kisaragi, pulled her arms, her arms should be dislocated by now.

Story:
For an 8 chapter shoujo manga the story was alright. It was centered around their romance but there was nothing besides their relationship. I'm not hating on shoujo manga (I've read some good manga), but this is just not it. It's like they put almost every popular shoujo trope they could think of and tried to fit it all into 8 chapters.

Characters:
What character? There was no development around both main characters (or should I say the only characters). It was as if their lives revolved around each other and nothing else around them existed. There are no side characters, everyone else is a background character.

Kisaragi: Bad boy delinquent (and a predator). The only thing I know about him is that he's a bad boy with a bad reputation but has soft spot for this goody two shoes girl. What makes this manga more unsettling is the fact that he does many questionable things. In the first chapter after they first met, he got up close to her face 6 times (I counted). And throughout this whole mess, she was just blushing, she didn't even feel threatened over the fact that a guy she just met was suggesting lip action (even as a joke, you can't deny it's a little creepy). Moreover, this guy really only has one expression. Even if he's the serious, brooding type, you can make him shed one tear or make one small smirk (They did do this in the last chapter-- the last chapter only though).

The girl (I can't even remember her name): Class representative who likes a bad boy. This girl is the most stereotypical shoujo manga female protagonist. I don't understand why she likes him. She starts having feelings for this guy she just met even though her only interactions with him prior to anything else is him getting up in her face. She has no life outside of Kisaragi. When other boys get close to her, she feels scared. But when it's Kisaragi (when they first meet), her kokoro goes doki doki.

Enjoyment:
If you consider ironic enjoyment fun, then I'd give it a 6 for enjoyment.

Overall:
I believe you can make a good manga out of 8 chapters. 8 chapters is not an excuse to write a teenage girl's romantic fantasy. I felt that the author could've added more substance to each of the characters (or even add a friend whose name I can remember that was not those two). A delinquent doesn't have to be a predator. Just saying.

Overview:
So this manga was pretty short, but sweet I'd say. It was not unlike the many Shoujo manga that you read every other time, but that fact that it didn't drag on and on really made it worth the read.

Story:
The story is short, but you feel a sense of completetion at the end without going through the absolute rollar coaster of drama in many other, which aren't always bad but it can drag on for too long.

Art:
The art was very well done and resembled that of may other Shoujo manga. Though it was so unique, the execution was welldone and beautiful.

Overall:
Overall this was a good read and I definitely recommend it for any shoujo lover.
