Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan
Synopsis
Uramichi is a 31-year old children’s TV host who leads physical exercises and teaches life lessons colored by one main theme: adulthood sucks. Alongside mascots played by a couple of bushy-tailed millennials, and a singing duo whose music embodies the notion of being kicked while you’re down, Uramichi wades through the misery of working life, one sardonic comment at a time…

Uramichi Oniisan has the potential to give unique insight into the melancholy of adulthood, yet fails to do so due to a repetitive plot and static characters.
The interactions between Uramichi and his coworkers were initially interesting thanks to the slapstick humor and the relatability of their situations. This is my first review here and i am happy it is for this manga. I often like to read comedy manga to lighten my mood but this manga is more 'unique'.
Story (8): The story is well paced with short chapters each with different scenerios. I personally enjoy a bit of dark humour so I found this story quite entertaining. However, I sometimes feel that the jokes are quite repetitive at times and this manga might not be for everyone. If you maybe want something comedic which is not centered on high schoolers and a bit down to earth then i reccomend to give this read more
