I rarely write reviews and state my opinion on things publically but I cannot believe no one has talked about this story nor gave it reviews. This is such a hidden gem. I came across it one day on BookWalker while looking for new manga to read. It looked interesting and the concept of a faceless, bodyless ghost intrigued me because that's rarely seen. So I bought the first few volumes to test the waters and wow, it was such a fun read. I could not put down my phone and instantly bought the last few volumes just to find out what happens. The story
starts off as wholesome, the premise is centered around the two main characters getting used to cohabiting and regular rom-com hijinks but as expected from a ghost story, it becomes sadder near the last few volumes. I don't want to say anything to spoil the last two volumes but the story is more than I expected and what you'd expect from a regular ghost love story. It's not overly unique but this manga definitely deserves more attention.
Story-wise, it was a blast to read. I laughed. I cried. I had fun seeing where everything was going. I love emotional rollercoasters.
Art-wise, I liked it. It's not overly cute but it's not overly realistic either. There's a nice balance between the two which makes it nice to look at.
Character-wise, I liked how we get depth from most of the characters we meet. Almost everyone we meet in the story is connected in some way and most know each other or at least get to know each other as the story progresses. Most of the characters get paired off with each other which is nice, I always like to see everyone have their own happy ending. Though romance-wise no one beats the main couple, not even close in my opinion. One of them came close but we don't see much of them.
Overall, I definitely would recommend this manga to those who like realistic supernatural stories. People who like dramas and rom-com. And people who like an interesting love story and a good laugh and a hella of a ride. I definitely cried reading this.
