First of all, I should say that I expected this to be a carbon copy of Madoka Magica, and one that would score a 5 at best. My reasoning was that it is a "darker" series about magical girls, and the main character, Snow White, even bears a striking resemblance to Madoka. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how this series stands on its own and is a solid 7.
I will write some pros and cons, as I do in all my reviews:

Quite a unique storyline. It was an excellent mix of the magical girl genre and the battle royale genre, both of which I read more

Magical girl project raising is pretty cool I like the different powers of the individual characters. I like that each one had powers that weren’t that overpowered but were used in a very savage and desperate way to either save or kill. This story for me isn’t nothing to write home about but was able to keep my attention which is hard for me do with a series that I deem mediocre so it’s probably high mid for me. I also have a soft spot for stories that don’t let that feeling of suspense that no one is safe from death and plot armor even
