First of all, for those who are wondering if ‘One Room, Hiatari Futsuu, Tenshi-tsuki’ is an ‘Otonari no tenshi ‘ clone or not. The answer will be a ‘No’ . Rather this manga reminds me more of ‘Sora no Otoshimono’ and ‘To love Ru’ . This review contains spoilers . So read at your own risk.


So, this manga really does not resemble ‘Otonari no tenshi'(For the most part at least) as this includes real angel(s) instead of someone angel like. The main female character surely does act like Mahiru . But that is totally common when you create a ‘good waifu material’ type character. And the reason why it reminds me of those two mangas I mentioned before is it is a harem manga and it has variety of female characters who are not entirely human. And it starts almost the same way.

Plot(6/10): This manga starts of with an angel named Towa suddenly appearing in Shintaro’s house. She starts living with Shintaro and leading a newly- wed couple like life until the author decides to make it a harem and add a bunch of girls. Sometimes they are Yukionna(Ice Woman) ,sometimes they are vampire and even a Kappa-Woman(I’m not sure what to call her xd). I forgot to mention the classic childhood friend before. So this is a harem and that’s where the things start to become a bit problematic. Until chapter 17 it introduced us to multiple female characters but none of them really had any remarkable moment of their own. As soon as a girl gets introduced, we move onto either the next girl or the main girl angel Towa (That is what I am guessing). So far this is just like any other generic fantasy harem manga and doesn’t offer a good plot at all . I hope the story will improve gradually. It also lacks a lot in the comedy part as I barely laughed while reading this.

Art(7/10): Decent I would say. Doesn't have a lot of details in every panel but looks good. Nothing special about the character designs but it passes in my book.

Overall(6/10): This manga is definitely not recommended if you are looking for a unique plot or a laughable harem. At least until chapter seventeen it doesn’t give a lot of opportunities to praise it. Recommended for those who are just searching for some waifus to add in their list.
