Story
While Hapi Mari has some total cliche situations the story progresses rather nicely and nothing really feels forced or dragged out. It isn't overly smutty (if thats a word) and gives off a respectable romance feeling. I will admit I wish some of the romance (rivals) were explored a little more, but I love drama.
Art
I'm not really picky about art. Thought everyone looked decent. Hokuto is definitely more attractive in the actual manga than the cover art. The cover is so misleading to me & makes this manga look super cheap. Makes me kinda sad because I almost missed out on it.
Characters
Satisfied. My only beef was that the lead kept whinier and whinier as the story went on. She starts off strong and independent, but by the end you're kinda happy its over.
Overall Enjoyment
I liked it. Finished it in 2 days. Would have liked if the ending was a different tho. I would totally recommend this if you're looking for an adult romance. Probably not one that you will reread but one you won't regret.
