This is a new read for me and I like! I admit while I was reading the first chapter I thought that I wouldn't like the series much, but before I knew it I had caught up to the current chapter. Magi is a huge world that is a little bit like a mix between Tower of Druaga, 12 Kingdoms, and The Arabian Nights. Pack your bags and get ready for this magic carpet ride.
What I was most surprised by was the story transition of this manga. It begins as a pretty silly manga but then introduces serious themes such as slavery, slums, revolution, coup d'état, and the question of destiny and birth right.
I may be giving it too much credit, but I recommend it.
