This anime lives up to its name. I found it funny because it was completely stupid like over the top at some points and in my opinion it did it in a really good way and it presented this well. I enjoyed watching this series because something was always happening and there was never really a dull moment. The characters were by far my favourite part and I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much if the characters weren't the way they are. The story is very good I think mainly because it is quite well written and a lot of the story comes from the light novels which are well written and the anime does do them justice however it's not a massively compelling story that keeps you on the edge of your seats all of the time or is it a sad sob story but I'm not saying that's a bad thing because I don't think those kinds of stories would fit in with this and even if they did this is a comedy I believe and it probably wouldn't be as funny. This anime is one that I thoroughly enjoyed but I can understand why others won't like it and this will be mainly down to what you find funny and I find this idiotic humour to be hysterical but if you don't then it probably isn't going to be your favourite anime but it doesn't mean that you won't like it.
