The story of chaos;head is ok. I came into this show mainly to see the beginning of a franchise that I highly anticipated(steins;gate and robotics;notes). From the review though I expected this to be a struggle to get through but I actually found it an interesting, yet mediocre watch. I think if it were done a bit differently though it could have been great. But oh well. You can't win them all and I hope the creators gained good experience with this for the future!

I can't speak on the Japanese voices but the dub was just bad. I really find it annoying how the main character was voiced by a voice I've heard in many many other dubs. Why can't Funimation have variety. I feel like they're more concerned with giving friends jobs and that bothers me a bit.

I enjoy the main characters archetype but everyone else is just uninspired.

Like I said before, the show isn't a problem to get through. It's actually a fine watch to kill time or to get pumped for the shows that come after. Just be ready for an unsatisfying ending.

I hope I never come to a point of re-watching this show but I can't say I regret watching it. If you are interested in the";" and want to see where it all started I say go ahead and give this show a watch. You won't regret it terribly!
