The sound is simply outstanding. Joe Hisaishi obviously tried his hardest to make the music fit perfectly to what's going on in the movie. He couldn't have done a better job. It'll encaptivate you until the very last minute.
The movie has the characters very well done. Each character is unique and not just some cliché. Chihiro for example is just a normal girl who is a tad bit spoiled. Another character is No-Face(Kaonashi in Japanese). No-Face is an interesting character and is very difficult to make out. I've watched the movie six times and only understood No-Face when a person on the internet explained him/her to me.
