Personally, I'm insanely biased because SoL is my favorite genre, but I feel like this one does it right out of all the mediocre-somewhat ok ones. The story is pretty far-fetched, but it's still presented in a way that makes it believable, the characters are lovable and all unique in their own way, while the art is quite good as well in high-definition, as expected of an anime whose main character belongs to a art school. Toradora! was one of my favorite animes of all time and I feel that this is really in a way the spiritual successor to it.
