Although the concept seems nice, i warn you... this anime throws information out of no where so fast that you need to pause, think and process. you will find that there is information there that needs explaining, information that seems vital to the story.
with that in mind the character development seemed a bit hollow or somewhat feel somewhat empty... if a character was in trouble I felt nothing apart from "oh, your going to be attacked...", i reckon that the characters need more depth in order to do really make it shine.
The art of C3 is really good, the colours, the art style does that eerie effect that they might be going for. the cute characters design and weapons where very nice. I do warn you though does contain a little ecchi scenes
All in all this anime is a decent watch is you are a lover of mindless violence. I think this anime had potential if it was made right. It seems to me that they tried but it turn in to a bit of a flop. It may make more sense if you read the manga ( i didn't :x)
