Don't get me wrong, if you're thinking about watching this, I'm not trying to desuade you from doing so. However, it really just wasn't my cup of tea and I'm rather bored of the whole thing. I think I'll just comment on the three chief aspects of this very cliche anime; the art, music, and plot.
I'm not a fan of the art itself, but the colors are rather vibrant and there aren't a lot of short-cuts in drawing like in some other anime Ive seen. (drawing chibis every time you arent zoomed in on a character's face, for example). However, it seems like all the charcters look faintly similar as far as coloring- blue hair, red hair, or blonde hair. The xception is the man character, whose eyes are a hideous shade of eerie acid yellow.
Being an anime based on a musical boarding school, I wouldn't expect anything but outstanding as far as the sound goes. The voicing here is a pretty solid OK but the singing is beautiful and the lyrics are that marvelously corny love song stuff aaaaall the time.
As for the plot: I didn't go into this expecting much. I was basically in it for the whole harem thing, which Im pretty into. However, the characters are pretty typical and the plot doesn't have anything special at all.
Overall, based on my very limited knowledge of the anime, I give it a solidly OKAY rating.
